MODIFIED VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS

WHEN? Tuesday, September 7th thru Friday, September 10th

WHERE? Middle School Gym

TIME? 2:30pm - 4:30pm

* ALL HEALTH FORMS AND PERMISSION SLIP MUST BE TURNED INTO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL NURSE before 9/7/10!
If your health forms and permission slip is not handed in to the nurse you can not tryout! Forms cannot be handed into the coach! Modified Sports physicals will be held on Monday, June 21st at 10am in the Middle School nurse's office. The nurse will be available August 2nd-6th from 8am-12pm in the High School nurse's office so you may hand all your forms in.

*Wear athletic sneakers, P.E. clothes, and knee pads (if you have knee pads)
*Bring water and a positive attitude!

* When we go outside for P.E. make sure to dress for the weather. Bring in a light jacket or sweatshirt for cool days.


* Remember to use sunscreen when outside playing in the sun!


*When you watch TV, instead of just sitting there try stretching to increase your flexibility.
