Today was an interesting day... The Game of Life was collected and corrected, as it is important that everyone have their "net pay" correct, as this is what we base our monthly budgets on. Most students need to make corrections to calculating their net pay. Some did not follow my directions or the example I did in class with them. The "net pay" needs to be 100% correct by tomorrow, as we are going on a shopping spree, which will be factored into our budget.
Overall, the students are excited about the project and are working hard. They are beginning to see how math plays an important role in life.
