A bit more about me
I have been teaching at Schalmont for fifteen years. Before Schalmont, I taught for ten years at Beginnings Preschool and Whispering Pines Preschool. I received a BA in Literature from SUNY College at Oneonta as well as a Minor in Mathematics. I completed my Master's Degree in Special Education as a Graduate Intern at Russell Sage College. I love being a Resource Room teacher! This year, I am working in fourth grade. I have two children of my own. My son, Peter, is twenty-one and a Junior at Boston University. He is studying to be a Biomedical Engineer. My daughter, Erin, is a Junior at Niskayuna High School. She is sixteen and has started her own college search!
