Technology News:
The Technology Program Specialist:
- Maintains communication with Schalmont faculty, administration and district technology personnel
- Identifies new technology initiatives based upon PDP
- Shares new initiatives, issues, needs and operations with Policy Board
- Oversees and maintains the technology initiatives
- Coordinates and collaborates with STI Director for programming
- Attends Policy Board meetings and provides a written report to the Policy Board outlining work related to the Technology Program Specialist position
- Prepares reports, plans, and/or documents as requested by the Policy Board
- Networks with other teacher centers and professional organizations regarding technology
- Is available to attend Network meetings on a rotating basis (if director is a full time teacher)
- Assists in the preparation of annual application

Please note: Borrowers may keep the item for up to two weeks. If at the end of the loan period there are no other requests for the item users will be allowed to keep the item beyond two weeks. However, if another borrower has been waiting for the item it must be returned at the end of the two weeks.
